Production Assembler (V-00021854)

We are seeking candidates for a Production role who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components for doors and window frames.
• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery.
• Inspect the quality of materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a similar production role, comfortable assembling products using the appropriate machines and tools.
• Technically skilled with a hands-on approach to work.
• Able to communicate effectively in English at B1/B2 level.
• Driving license (car) preferred — Maintec provides transport.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a production environment.
