Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Achieve monthly individual sales targets by actively engaging with customers and promoting services.

通过积极与客户互动及推广服务，达成每月个人销售目标。

• Maintain accurate customer documentation and records to support service quality and follow-up.

维护准确的客户资料及记录，以确保服务质量及后续跟进。

• Deliver a variety of facial and massage treatments safely and professionally according to customers' needs.

根据客户需求提供多种美容及按摩疗程，确保服务安全及专业。

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and tailor services according to their needs and expectations.

及时回应客户咨询，并根据客户需求及期望提供个性化服务。

• Recommend and promote suitable retail products and additional services to enhance customer experience and sales performance.

推荐及推广合适的零售产品及附加服务，以提升客户体验及销售表现。

• Ensure all products and services are sold at or above the required cost price to maintain profitability.

确保所有销售的产品及服务价格不低于规定成本价，以维持公司盈利。

• Ensure customer safety during treatments by following proper procedures and taking appropriate precautions to prevent injuries or burns.

严格遵守正确的操作流程及安全措施，确保客户在疗程期间的安全，防止受伤或烫伤。

• Provide consistently high-quality customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

持续提供高品质的客户服务，并建立长期良好的客户关系。

• Keep treatment rooms, facilities and equipment clean, hygienic and properly sanitised according to company safety standards.

按照公司安全及卫生标准，确保疗程室、设施及设备保持清洁、卫生及妥善消毒。

• Ensure treatment rooms are adequately stocked with the necessary products and supplies for uninterrupted service delivery.

确保疗程室备有充足的产品及用品，以保障服务顺畅进行。

• Guide and train new staff members when required to support their development and promote team growth.

根据需要指导及培训新员工，协助员工发展并促进团队成长。

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

完成管理层安排的其他临时工作。

Requirements | 任职要求

• Candidates with certifications from CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, Republic Polytechnic (RP) or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be preferred.

优先考虑持有 CIBTAC、CIDESCO、ITE、WSQ、共和理工学院（RP）或新加坡中医学院相关证书者。

• Able to perform facial and massage treatments professionally and safely.

能够专业及安全地进行美容及按摩疗程。

• Customer-oriented with a friendly, professional and service-minded attitude.

以客户为导向，具备友善、专业及良好的服务态度。

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力。

• Willing to learn and continuously improve treatment and product knowledge.

愿意学习并持续提升疗程及产品相关知识。

• Able to commit to retail working hours, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

能够接受零售行业工作时间，包括平日、周末及公共假期的轮班安排。
