• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests.
• Clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support smooth communication between FOH, bar, and kitchen teams.
• Refill guest necessities such as water, cutlery, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily outlet preparation.
• Support customer service needs as directed by the Supervisor or Captain Floor.
• Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and service standards.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Support overall outlet operations and teamwork during service hours.
