Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for Occupational Therapy Supervisor based in Hackney.

What will your responsibilities be?

Plan and monitor tasks on behalf of the Occupational Therapy Service Manager to support the delivery of the team’s business objectives

Supervise a group of Occupational Therapy Assistants delivering services that contribute to continuous improvement across the Council

Carry out comprehensive community-based assessments for individuals referred by the Assessment Service who meet Fair Access to Care Services (FACS) criteria and have permanent or complex and substantial disabilities

Conduct re-assessments for individuals with long-term or progressive social care needs

Work in partnership with service users, carers, and a range of professionals to develop Occupational Therapy support packages that promote independence

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

Degree in Occupational Therapy.

HCPC registration.

Experience in a Reablement service.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work independently and in an office-based setting.
