Job Description:
Liquid Personnel is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join its client’s Gateway Service team in Hertfordshire. In this role, you’ll support residents through strength-based interventions that promote independence and wellbeing. What will your responsibilities be?
Conducting generic assessments and designing personalised enablement programmes
Promoting independence through minor and major home adaptations
Reviewing moving and handling needs and providing specialist equipment
Working collaboratively with carers and health professionals
Supporting smart working with access to laptops, smartphones, and touchdown spaces
Qualifications & Experience:
HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
Experience in adult social care and enablement approaches
Confident working independently across community settings
Car driver with access to a vehicle preferred
