QC Inspector

Location: Senoko Working Days: 5-day work week Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:15 PM

Job Description We are seeking a QC Inspector to support quality assurance and quality control activities within a manufacturing environment. The role involves conducting inspections and testing throughout the production process to ensure materials and finished products meet established quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities Ensure internal processes comply with established quality assurance and quality control procedures and specifications. Conduct in-process inspections and quality checks. Verify and approve new production job runs according to quality requirements. Perform outgoing inspections and testing of finished products. Record inspection results and prepare Certificates of Conformance (COC). Conduct incoming material inspections and testing. Collect production samples for testing and specification documentation. Perform inspection and testing of board quality and finished products. Support sorting and rework activities when required. Maintain accurate quality inspection and testing records. Support other quality-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control environment . Training will be provided. Experience in corrugated, paper, packaging or related manufacturing industries is advantageous. Basic computer literacy. Familiarity with quality documentation and record-keeping processes. Detail-oriented with the ability to identify quality issues. Willing to perform overtime when required.
