Electrical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled automation engineer with experience in automated control systems (ATS) to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems to ensure efficient production processes.

Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and input/output (I/O) systems is required.

Knowledge of safety standards and procedures including HACCP and GMP is essential.

The role involves implementing lockout-tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure workplace safety.

Familiarity with vertical form fill seal (VFFS) and flow pack packaging machines is preferred.

Requirements

Minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in automation engineering within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.

Proven expertise in automated control systems and PLC programming.

Experience with motor control centers (MCC) and variable frequency drives (VFD).

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain automation equipment.

Knowledge of power distribution panels and electrical safety standards.

Experience working with IP65/IP67 rated enclosures.

Strong understanding of safety protocols including HACCP, GMP, and LOTO.
