Report Specialist

We're excited to grow our team by hiring a Senior Report Specialist who will manage the customization and maintenance of all reporting and labeling solutions within our pharmacy software platform. This role combines customer facing collaboration with detailed technical design work, translating real-world pharmacy needs into clear and well-structured reports and labels.

What You’ll Do:
Act as the primary liaison between the support team and customers for all report and label customization requests
Partner with the PSM team to design and deliver new label templates ahead of each store’s go‐live date
Triage, prioritize, and scope incoming requests based on business impact, urgency, and technical feasibility
Collaborate directly with pharmacies to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions
Maintain an organized request‐tracking workflow to ensure timely delivery, transparency, and customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with internal teams to align reporting solutions with product strategy and customer expectations
Own ongoing maintenance of all reports and labels within the pharmacy software platform using DevExpress reporting tools
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across all reporting and labeling assets
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, formatting, or data accuracy
Translate complex or advanced customization needs into clear, actionable specifications for the Development team
Partner with the Development team to validate technical feasibility and support implementation of advanced reporting features
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in report design, business intelligence, or a product analyst role ideally within the healthcare sector is preferred; relevant experience in the software or pharmacy industries will also be considered
Hands-on experience with DevExpress reporting tools (XtraReports or similar)
Familiarity with pharmacy software and healthcare systems is highly desirable
Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and focus on data accuracy
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications
