What is your role? You work at the heart of Lely's global technical support organization, where technology, service and operations come together. From Lely Campus in Maassluis, you take ownership of complex technical topics and translate them into structural improvements across our global network.

As a Technical Service Support Engineer within the Manure team, you work from headquarters and support colleagues across the world. You are not working on machines on farms. Instead, you coordinate and guide the resolution of complex technical challenges, while strengthening how we support our products globally.

You support the Lely Clusters, our regional organizations across the world, who in turn support Lely Centers and farmers locally. In this position, you act as a key connector between the field, product development and internal stakeholders, ensuring that insights from daily farm operations are translated into improvements in products, processes and support.
