Finance staff

📍 Location: Lemint Saffron, Sunter – Jakarta Utara 💼 Position: Full-time

Lemint Saffron is looking for a Finance Staff to join our growing team in North Jakarta. We’re seeking someone detail-oriented and responsible, with experience in restaurant accounting, taxation, and BPJS procedures — and who can handle daily financial operations confidently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting activities including cash flow, petty cash, and payments.
• Record and reconcile daily sales reports with POS system and bank deposits.
• Perform bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy between bank statements and daily reports.
• Handle supplier invoices, staff reimbursements, and payment schedules.
• Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and management reports.
• Support tax-related processes (VAT, service charge, BPJS, and tax filing coordination).
• Maintain organized bookkeeping and financial records.
• Assist management in budgeting and cost tracking.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of accounting, taxation, BPJS procedures, and POS system operations.
• Experience in tax filing will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Xero, or similar).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy.
