Lake Olympia Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Hospital Manager to help lead our well-established, multi-doctor practice in Missouri City, Texas. In This Role, You Will:
Lead and inspire a high-performing veterinary support team
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, learning, and exceptional client service
Partner with veterinarians and regional leadership to achieve hospital goals
Drive financial performance through strategic planning, budgeting, and operational excellence
Coach, mentor, and develop team members to help them reach their full potential
Lead recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
Analyze hospital performance metrics and implement solutions that support growth and efficiency
Ensure compliance with employment, safety, and regulatory requirements
Oversee facility operations, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and workflow optimization
Serve as a trusted leader and resource for the entire hospital team
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
2+ years of leadership experience in veterinary practice management, healthcare administration, or a related operational leadership role
Proven success managing teams, budgets, and day-to-day business operations
Experience coaching and developing employees in a fast-paced environment
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results
Preferred Qualifications
Multi-doctor veterinary hospital leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field
Experience with veterinary practice management software and KPI reporting
