Responsibilities
- Coordinate marine, shipyard and offshore project activities from planning to completion.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams.
- Coordinate project schedules, drawings, submissions, materials and deliveries.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on outstanding works and issues.
- Assist with site coordination, inspections, testing and commissioning.
- Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Track project costs, variations, claims and material status.
- Ensure project activities comply with specifications, quality and safety requirements.
- Support the Project Manager and engineering team in the smooth execution of projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Naval Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in marine, shipyard or offshore projects preferred.
- Good understanding of marine and shipyard project processes.
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple parties.
- Willing to work in shipyard, marine or offshore environments when required.
