M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.

Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.

Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals, maintenance tools and equipment.

Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical

Certified Greenmark GMAP preferred.

Experience in delivering at least one or more minimum Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy (SLE) projects featuring Chilled Water Systems, successfully completed with Stage 2 Green Mark verification

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD

Good communication and interpersonal skills
