Barista

Your tasks

We’re hiring a Barista to run our coffee bar and help on the floor when needed.

What you’ll do

• Prepare espresso drinks, filter coffee and other café beverages to recipe
• Dial in the grinder and keep drink quality consistent across the shift
• Keep the bar clean, stocked and organised
• Clean and maintain coffee equipment, and report any faults
• Track coffee, milk and bar supplies, and flag low stock
• Help on the floor when needed: take orders, serve, and clear tables
• Follow SOPs and hygiene and safety standards
