Medical Technician (TMS)
Full-Time
Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health | $20.00–$25.00/hr | Monday - Friday 9a-5p
Help Patients Reclaim Their Lives — No Prior TMS Experience Required
Since 1973, Kolmac has helped more than 50,000 people move through substance use, mental health, and co-occurring conditions without putting the rest of their lives on hold. Now we're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented TMS Therapy Technician to deliver a therapy that's genuinely changing lives: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), a non-invasive, drug-free treatment for depression and other mood disorders.
You'll work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed therapists, and certified counselors — all committed to treating the whole person, not just a diagnosis. This is a hands-on clinical role with real patient impact and real room to grow.
Why You'll Love Working Here
Competitive pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour
401(k) with employer match
Full medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and eligible dependents
HSA & FSA options to manage healthcare and dependent care costs
Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage
Employee Assistance Program — confidential mental health and life support resources
Generous PTO plus additional paid holidays
A supportive, collaborative, patient-first culture built over 50+ years
What You'll Do
Prepare and operate TMS equipment following established safety protocols
Conduct patient assessments (vitals, medical history) to tailor treatment plans
Administer TMS treatments and monitor patient comfort and safety throughout each session
Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR system, in full HIPAA compliance
Schedule appointments and keep patient flow running smoothly
Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and ready to go
Support providers with paperwork, patient education, and follow-up communication
Educate patients about what to expect from TMS therapy — and put them at ease
What We're Looking For
A patient-centered, compassionate team player — professional, punctual, and proactive
Familiarity with medical terminology, vital signs, medication administration, and clinical documentation (preferred)
Background in mental health or behavioral care, including crisis intervention/de-escalation (a plus)
Comfort working with medical/mechanical equipment
Solid computer skills (Microsoft apps, EMR systems, scanning, general tech comfort)
CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to obtain certification
Strong communicator who's organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn and grow
No TMS-specific experience? No problem — we'll train the right person. What matters most is your compassion, reliability, and drive to make a real difference.
