Sr.Engineer/Engineer (Facility system)

1. Responsible for the work management and implementation of the team.
2. Responsible for the skills training and capacity building of team members.
3. Responsible for the safety management, maintenance, inspection, and patrol of the assigned equipment.
4. Responsible for the preparation of ISO document and SOPs for facilities and equipment system.
5. Responsible for the management and inspection of special equipment.
6. Responsible for the energy management and energy conservation of equipment.
7. Responsible for the management of maintenance costs, fixed assets, and spare parts for the equipment and facilities in the assigned area.
8. Responsible for the management of the construction site: progress management, quality management, and safety management.
9. Proposing engineering renovation projects, etc.

Qualifications: Male or Female Age <40 Years Old. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Experience in Facility system (Electrical 115kV, HVAC system, Air compressor, Boiler, Purified water treatment, Scrubber and Dust collector) Has a National Skill Standard Assessment Certificate: Building Electrician. Has a Senior Personal Responsible for Energy Certificate. Able to use computer MS Office, Auto cad. Able to communicate in Chinese or English.
