BIM Drafter

Job Summary Prepare and maintain detailed technical drawings and BIM models to support construction and facilities management projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements. Responsibilities Prepare and update shop drawings, detail drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD to support project execution Utilize Revit software to develop and manage BIM MEP models aligned with the BIM Executive Plan (BEP) to meet client specifications Maintain and revise drawings as needed, implementing corrections as directed by supervisors to ensure accuracy Coordinate with site staff and engineers to clarify details, penetration points, and provide sketches requested by clients for effective project communication Maintain comprehensive drawing reports and records to support project documentation and traceability
