Responsibilities:

• Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting activities in continuous operation plants.
• Installation, removal, and reinstallation of pumps and blowers; maintenance of all types of valves, vessels, columns, exchangers, pipes, and other static equipment.
• Carry out maintenance activities independently as necessary.
• Handle different types of tools used for maintenance activities and work at high elevation with adequate safety protective equipment.
• Rotating equipment maintenance activities.
• Check work quality and take corrective action to rectify detected faults through work examination methods and standards.
• Thorough understanding of isometrics, mechanical drawings, and datasheets.
• Cleaning, preserving, and maintaining removed parts of equipment.
• Maintain a good health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) record in previous work experience.
• Read, understand, and execute jobs as per standard operating procedure / work instruction.

Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in respective trade (equivalent to 12 years of schooling plus 3 years of technical education).
• Five years of relevant and hands-on experience in the respective trade within the oil and gas, petrochemical, or fertilizer industry.
