About Kanzy: Kanzy is an online Arabic program for children growing up outside Arabic-speaking communities.

We do not run traditional Zoom classes. Lessons are interactive, playful, and project-based.

Children use Arabic from day one to create stories, scenes, and original projects.

What will you do: Teach one-to-one online lessons for children ages 6-12.

Deliver prepared lessons in Modern Standard Arabic.

Use TPR and visual teaching to make meaning clear.

Keep each child actively engaged throughout the lesson.

Build a warm and encouraging relationship with every child.

Share short progress updates with parents.

Schedule: Most students are in North America and Europe.

Lessons usually happen after school hours or on weekends.

Examples: North America students: 4:00-7:00 PM Middle East time: 11:00 PM-2:00 AM

Europe students: 4:00-7:00 PM Middle East time: 7:00-10:00 PM

Fluency in Modern Standard Arabic and English.

High energy and a warm presence.

Strong use of gesture, facial expression, and movement.

Confidence keeping children engaged online.

Flexibility to adapt your teaching style to the child.

Experience teaching children, ideally ages 6-12.

Experience teaching Arabic to non-native speakers is a plus.

Reliable internet, computer, camera, and microphone.
