CNC Engineer

Manage and oversee CNC machining, turning, milling, and precision manufacturing operations.

Ensure timely production of high-quality components in accordance with engineering specifications.

Monitor production schedules and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved.

Ensure operations are conducted within defined cost and efficiency targets.

Supervise and coordinate CNC and workshop personnel.

Monitor machine performance and maximize equipment utilization.

Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for workshop machinery.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, efficiency, and workshop performance.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in CNC machining.

Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using precision measurement and quality control techniques.

Experience with CNC programming, including Fanuc and Siemens controls.

Proficiency in CAD/CAM software.
