Site Engineer (Building Construction, C&S)

Suitable candidates are encouraged to apply through CAREER@KAH.COM.SG Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations of the project Supervise daily site progress to ensure work complies with technical specifications. Liaise with subcontractors on day-to-day site operation and project matters Identify and resolve any site issues to minimise delay to construction progress Assist in preparing and filing technical submissions, RFI/RFA documentation, and permit-to-work applications. To verify work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings/specifications/authority requirements Carry out in-progress inspection and joint inspection to ensure that the works were executed to the required quality standard Assist in preparing and filing technical submissions, RFI/RFA documentation, and permit-to-work applications. Prepare and maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, technical documentation, safety inspection logs, and attendance records. Assist Project Manager on tasks assigned

Requirements 2-3 years of relevant experience in local building construction Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or related study Able to understand and sketch technical drawings, and coordinate among different trades Good knowledge in local standards and requirements Excellent communication skills to handle coordination between diverse site teams Able to work in a fast-paced environment Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
