Job Responsibilities / 工作职责

Customer Service / 顾客服务

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

主动接待顾客，为顾客提供友善及专业的服务。

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.

了解顾客需求，并根据需求推荐合适的产品。

Provide product information and answer customers’ enquiries.

Sales / 销售工作

Promote products and assist customers with their purchases.

介绍及推广产品，协助顾客完成购买。

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets where applicable.

按公司要求完成每日及每月销售目标。

Handle cashless and cash payments accurately.

Store Operations / 门店工作

Arrange and replenish products on shelves and displays.

负责商品陈列、整理及补货。

Ensure the store is clean, neat and well-organised.

保持门店整洁、有序及良好的购物环境。

Check product stock levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.

检查库存，并及时向主管报告缺货或库存不足的商品。

Other Duties / 其他工作

Assist with receiving, checking and arranging incoming goods.

协助接收、检查及整理到货商品。

Assist with stocktaking and other store activities when required.

根据需要协助盘点库存及其他门店工作。

Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

完成主管或管理层安排的其他合理工作。

Requirements / 任职要求

• Good communication and customer service skills. 良好的沟通能力及顾客服务意识。
• Friendly, responsible and willing to learn. 待人友善、工作认真负责，并愿意学习。
• Able to work independently and as part of a team. 能够独立工作，也能与团队合作。
• Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage. 有零售或销售经验者优先。
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required. 根据门店需要，能够配合轮班、周末及公共假期工作。
