- Manage contracts, variations, and claims
- Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgets
- Carry out quantity take-offs using AutoCAD & PlanSwift
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Provide commercial and cost advice to project management
- Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in UAE
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & PlanSwift software
- Proficiency in cost management and contract administration FIDIC
- Strong Knowledge in FIDIC & POMI
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
