Accountabilities: As a Relationship Manager, FI Network Relationships, you will manage and grow relationships with financial institutions while supporting strategic sales initiatives and client success. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting senior sales executives in developing and maintaining strong relationships with banks and credit unions.

Expanding existing financial institution partnerships and identifying opportunities to strengthen client engagement.

Managing client funding expectations by aligning portfolio supply and demand objectives.

Building trusted relationships with senior banking stakeholders, including CFOs, Treasurers, and ALCO decision-makers.

Advising clients on interest rate trends, liquidity considerations, and wholesale funding market conditions.

Educating financial institutions on available solutions and supporting their funding strategy decisions.

Managing relationship activities, opportunities, and client information through CRM tools such as Salesforce.

Qualifying prospects, supporting onboarding activities, and addressing existing client needs.

Assisting with sales strategy development, market messaging, and client-facing initiatives.

Collaborating with internal teams to support business development, marketing opportunities, and relationship growth.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced financial services professional with a strong background in relationship management, fintech, and consultative client engagement. Required qualifications and skills include:

12+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, solution architecture, or related roles within payments, fintech, or adjacent financial technology sectors.

Experience supporting complex financial solutions and working with enterprise-level clients.

Proven ability to manage strategic client relationships and influence senior executives.

Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and supporting commercial documentation, proposals, or RFP responses.

Strong understanding of payment platforms, financial technology solutions, integrations, and implementation processes.

Ability to communicate complex financial and technical concepts clearly to both executive and technical audiences.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, business, finance, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required.
