Accountabilities: The Product Manager will own key product initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions, manage priorities, and deliver impactful features throughout the product lifecycle.

Define and execute product strategy, vision, and roadmap while prioritizing initiatives that improve user experience, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring development efforts align with business objectives and customer needs.

Translate complex healthcare, clinical, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and actionable technical solutions.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, engineering teams, designers, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver scalable products.

Act as a bridge between clinical users and technical teams, ensuring solutions address real-world healthcare challenges.

Lead product release planning and communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor healthcare trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support continuous product improvement.

Partner with product leadership to refine roadmap planning and maintain alignment with strategic priorities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a motivated product professional with experience managing technology products and a strong interest in healthcare innovation. They should combine analytical thinking, communication skills, and customer empathy to drive successful product outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

2–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product-focused role.

Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, designers, product managers, and business stakeholders.

Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

Experience in healthcare technology, clinical informatics, electronic health records (EHR), or digital health is highly valued.

Ability to translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear product requirements.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong customer empathy and ability to understand user experiences and challenges.

Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex initiatives.

Curiosity, adaptability, and enthusiasm for learning and solving challenging healthcare problems.
