Principal Product Manager, AI-Powered Security Operations

Accountabilities: As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the full product lifecycle, from strategy definition and customer discovery to execution and market delivery. You will translate complex security and operational challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to create differentiated products and experiences.

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered security operations solutions.

Drive product discovery through customer engagement, market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with sales and customer-facing teams.

Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI, Agentic AI, and automation to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.

Partner with engineering, AI specialists, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver impactful product capabilities.

Prioritize product initiatives, manage feature development, and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Design solutions that integrate intelligence from multiple sources, including video, access control, communications, and operational systems.

Champion user-centered product experiences that simplify complex workflows and reduce cognitive load for security teams.

Support continuous improvement by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership experience with deep knowledge of AI technologies, enterprise software, and high-performance operational environments. You should be comfortable translating technical concepts into business value and leading teams through complex product development initiatives.

8+ years of experience in Product Management, including at least 3 years focused on AI/ML products, workflow automation, robotics, or related technologies.

Proven experience building and launching complex B2B software products from concept through delivery.

Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Vision Language Models (VLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Experience working with AI-driven automation and understanding trade-offs between different AI reasoning approaches.

Deep knowledge of Security Operations Centers (SOC/GSOC) or other high-tempo operational environments such as logistics, emergency response, or IT operations.

Understanding of operational challenges such as alert fatigue, incident management, and time-to-resolution optimization.

Strong UX mindset with experience designing products that simplify complex workflows and improve user productivity.

Excellent strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize opportunities based on customer and business impact.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders across technical and business teams.

Bachelor’s degree required; additional technical or business education is a plus.
