Accountabilities Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers to identify customer needs, address business challenges through consultative selling, and execute strategic sales and business plans.

Deliver regional and sub-regional commitments for orders, revenue, contribution margin, market penetration, and profitable growth.

Develop and maintain influential relationships with customers at all organizational levels, creating strategies to secure long-term, profitable business.

Identify opportunities to expand market share, grow sales volume, increase backlog, and develop integrated portfolio solutions across the installed nuclear fleet.

Drive customer satisfaction by evaluating feedback, establishing action plans, and ensuring timely follow-through.

Coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals to strengthen performance, support retention, and build a sustainable talent pipeline.

Ensure alignment with the nuclear market strategy, commercial priorities, and daily management objectives.

Maintain accurate forecasts for orders, commitments, and convertible orders at the sub-regional level.

Represent the voice of the customer internally, promoting a customer-centric approach to commercial decisions and service delivery.

Provide demand forecasting and sales pacing insights to Sales Operations and Finance to support planning and business performance.

Monitor market economics, industry trends, customer strategies, plant profiles, operational requirements, refueling outage schedules, and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.

Lead and participate in deal strategy development and reviews in collaboration with Sales, Commercial Operations, Customer Service Directors, and other relevant functional teams.

Continuously assess and develop the regional opportunity pipeline, ensuring opportunities are properly qualified and advanced.

Lead or participate in Lean initiatives to improve commercial processes, simplify decision-making, and increase operational efficiency.

Demonstrate effective leadership through transparency, humility, accountability, focused execution, and collaboration across the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or another technical discipline from an accredited college or university.

At least 10 years of experience in the power generation industry.

At least 5 years of experience with steam turbine and generator products and services, nuclear reactor operations, maintenance, and nuclear refueling processes.

At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or customer service within the power generation industry.

Previous direct experience managing employees, including team leadership, performance development, and coaching.

Strong understanding of nuclear power generation technologies, service offerings, installed-base opportunities, and complex project execution.

Demonstrated commercial acumen, including strategic sales planning, negotiation, deal development, and profitable growth management.

Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and translate customer requirements into effective business strategies.

Experience developing sales forecasts, managing opportunity pipelines, and delivering order and margin targets.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess market dynamics and make informed commercial decisions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively in a complex, fast-moving environment.

Demonstrated inclusive leadership and the ability to succeed within a matrixed organization.

Preferred: Postgraduate degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred: Extensive energy industry experience and direct customer-facing commercial experience.

Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work arrangement: Remote position. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Annual base salary: $151,400–$252,200, depending on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.

Geographic salary differentials of 110%, 120%, or 130% may apply in certain locations.
