Accountabilities: The Manager – DSO & Dental Colleges will be responsible for driving profitable sales growth, managing regional performance, and leading a team of sales professionals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to develop customer relationships while achieving revenue and business objectives.

Lead, manage, and support a team of Sales Managers to achieve regional revenue and accounts receivable targets.

Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned territories and customer segments.

Develop and execute annual operating plans (AOPs) aligned with business objectives.

Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and performance updates.

Create travel and expense plans as well as promotional strategies to support commercial growth.

Manage key customer relationships and strategic accounts with limited supervision.

Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives to maximize market potential.

Provide product, commercial, and process training to Sales Managers to strengthen team capabilities.

Support recruitment activities by partnering with HR to attract and hire high-quality talent.

Build strong relationships with dental institutions, healthcare professionals, and other important stakeholders.

Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve sales strategies and execution.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare sales leader with a strong track record in medical devices, specialty pharmaceuticals, or dental industries. You should have proven people management skills, excellent commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships across a large territory.

Minimum 12 years of professional experience in the medical devices industry, dental sector, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.

Experience selling dental products or working with multinational healthcare organizations is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing and developing sales teams.

Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Management or a related field is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to independently manage large geographic regions and multiple customer segments.

Proven ability to identify business opportunities and execute strategies to achieve growth.

Strong customer focus with experience managing key accounts and strategic partnerships.

Demonstrated sales performance and value-driven commercial approach.

Understanding of local market dynamics and regional languages is preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

High level of initiative, adaptability, ownership, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
