HubSpot Implementation Expert

Accountabilities: The HubSpot Implementation Expert will be responsible for managing CRM implementation projects from planning through completion, ensuring efficient execution and successful client hand-offs.

Create, manage, and maintain project plans to guide technical solutions from development stages through final client delivery.

Coordinate implementation activities across development teams and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned with objectives and timelines.

Collaborate effectively with technical teams to resolve challenges and support smooth project execution.

Manage communication throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring clear updates between clients, technology teams, and project stakeholders.

Oversee solution hand-offs at key milestones, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and project requirements.

Gather, organize, and document business and technical requirements for CRM solutions.

Prepare progress reports, presentations, and project documentation to support transparency and effective decision-making.

Identify potential issues, analyze problems, and contribute to practical solutions that improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience with CRM implementations, strong communication abilities, and the organizational skills needed to manage technical projects remotely.

Previous experience with HubSpot implementations, CRM projects, or technology solution delivery.

4+ years of relevant professional experience in CRM, project coordination, implementation, or related technology roles.

Strong understanding of database concepts and CRM workflows.

Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and clients in a remote environment.

Availability to work aligned with US Eastern Time business hours (9 AM–5 PM EST).
