Executive Business Partner
Accountabilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to multiple senior go-to-market executives, enabling them to focus on strategic business priorities.
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination while balancing competing priorities and anticipating executive needs.
Plan and coordinate domestic travel, customer visits, executive offsites, internal meetings, and other business events with exceptional attention to detail.
Facilitate communication between executives, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders by ensuring priorities, action items, and follow-ups are clearly tracked and executed.
Anticipate challenges, identify scheduling conflicts or operational risks, and proactively implement effective solutions before issues arise.
Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion at all times.
Collaborate closely with the Executive Operations team to support leadership initiatives, improve operational processes, and ensure alignment across executive functions.
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience, including 2–3+ years supporting Vice President-level or higher executives as an Executive Business Partner or Executive Assistant, preferably within a technology or SaaS organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority responsibilities simultaneously in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated business judgment, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to make informed decisions independently while knowing when to escalate.
Strong interpersonal skills with high emotional intelligence and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
Comfortable collaborating across multiple teams, departments, and time zones while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Candidates located in the New York City area are preferred for occasional in-person meetings and events; exceptional candidates based elsewhere within the Eastern Time Zone will also be considered.
