Delivery Lead - Workforce Development

Accountabilities: Lead the delivery of complex workforce development projects from strategy through successful execution.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and staffing plans to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Partner with clients and internal teams to understand organizational challenges and design effective workforce solutions.

Apply expertise in learning theories, leadership development, workplace culture, and future workforce trends to guide project strategies.

Facilitate workshops and strategic sessions with senior executives, leadership teams, and other stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with design teams to create human-centered, innovative, and impactful solutions.

Review project risks, anticipate challenges, and develop mitigation plans while escalating issues when necessary.

Coach and support team members by providing direction, feedback, and expertise throughout project delivery.

Manage client relationships by ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful project outcomes.

Identify opportunities to expand support for existing and future client initiatives.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of current research, trends, and best practices in workforce development, learning, and organizational transformation.

Proven experience delivering high-quality, complex projects within consulting, organizational development, design, or related environments.

Experience managing project plans, budgets, timelines, staffing, and delivery risks.

Ability to motivate, guide, and manage multidisciplinary teams toward successful results.

Strong stakeholder and client management skills, including experience working with senior leaders and executives.

Experience facilitating workshops and strategic discussions with C-suite members, boards, or organizational leaders.

Ability to combine strategic thinking with practical execution and effective problem-solving.

Interest in or experience with human-centered design, innovation methodologies, and inclusive approaches.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and contribute creative solutions to complex workforce challenges.
