Lead Engineer- Clean Piping

KeyResponsibilities:
- Lead and managesite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans andspecifications
- Review and ensureimplementation of technical documents and procedures
- Coordinate withstakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor and report on project progress, cost, and quality
- Manage resources,including labor, equipment, and materials
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment
- Lead monthly project meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure timely submission of documents and reports
- Prepare NCRS, Punch lists and ensure timely closure with constractor
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Pharama/Semiconductor/power and petrochemical construction,testing, and commissioning
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Knowledge of international codes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with local regulations (BCA, NEA)
- Certified welding inspector CSWIP3.1
