IT Support Technician (On-Call)

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician based in (Belgium) to join our team on an on-call basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support and break/fix services

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues

• Install, configure, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Support end-user devices and operating systems

• Escalate complex technical issues when required

• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA requirements

Experience in onsite IT support or desktop support

• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office

• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be based in Belgium

• Availability for on-call assignments
