Workforce Management System SME

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prior experience or exposure to workforce management systems (WWMS), mobile field apps, or enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Experience in designing, developing, and deploying field service / workforce management systems such as Verisae ViryaNet G4 / Accruent vField.
• Ensure accurate, real-time updates of job status, meter readings, and follow-up actions via mobile or tablet-based WWMS.
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and implementation of new digital features or change requests for WWMS and related platforms.
• Experience in scalable meter reading solutions to support field operations teams in performing efficient meter data collection and processing.
• Hands-on experience in microservices-based event-driven architecture leveraging Apache Kafka to enable scalable, real-time event processing.
• Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps automation using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud technologies.
