Workday Integration Consultant

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:  2+ years of experience in Workday integration development and full lifecycle implementations. Technical Proficiency:  Strong skills in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and custom reporting (Calculated Fields). Technical Knowledge:  Proficiency in XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST web services. Certification:  Active Workday Integration Certification is highly preferred. Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Soft Skills:  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders. Preferred Skills Understanding of Workday Functional areas: HCM, Payroll, or Financials. Experience with middleware technologies.
