Qualifications, Skills & Abilities Qualification in Continuous Improvement.

Health & Safety qualification (IOSH).

HACCP Level 2.

Qualification ILM 3

Experience with SAP or Infor M3 ERP systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.

Strong data-driven decision-making ability to improve quality and operational efficiency.

Good organisation skills and the ability to thrive in pressurised environments

Ability to multi-task and utilise resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment with tight timelines

Highly motivated with a high level of initiative; inspires confidence to work independently and in support of department goals and business objectives.

Ability to build good, professional relationships.
