QC Production Engineer

Job Description: Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications according to job traveller. Perform inspection using scopes, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Maintain QC and production equipments. Ensure tools are calibrated as per plan. Cosmetic inspection using vision scope (Keyence) and dimensional check using Smart Scope. Performe bench top soldering process. Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions. RTV reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications, work with supplier on improvements. Able to read technical drawings and specifications will be added advantages. Perform assembly job on small test jig. Report test data generation and uploading to server. Work with manager to support costomer feedback and improvement. Requirements: 5 Days work Degree/Diploma in related fields Use Microsoft Excel & Microsoft word Good communication skills and passion in learning
