Metal Welder
- You will execute welding operations on metal profiles according to specifications and technical drawings
- You will assemble constructions through precision welding techniques
- You will deliver high-quality welding work in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all applicable safety standards
- You will work on custom projects with significant variety, where each assignment presents unique challenges
- You will actively contribute to team success through close collaboration with colleagues and knowledge sharing
- You will maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
- You have proven experience with semi-automatic or TIG welding
- You have strong blueprint reading skills to understand and accurately follow technical drawings
- You have solid knowledge of metalworking preparation and execution processes
- You are able to work independently with a high degree of autonomy
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive mindset
- You have excellent communication skills and a genuine team player mentality
- You hold relevant welding certifications or are willing to obtain them to meet required qualifications
- Knowledge of other welding techniques is an advantage
- You speak English at a good level and have a good working knowledge of Polish
