QA Engineer

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Software Testing using Katalon Studio.
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in banking, insurance, and multifinance industries (mandatory).
• Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining test automation solutions.
• Hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications.
• Experience in creating and managing automated test cases and test suites.
• Good understanding of testing challenges across different platforms.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and their relevance to software testing.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting for Katalon automation.
• Strong understanding of test automation principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in Katalon Recorder and Katalon TestOps.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services/API testing.
• Proficiency with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with data-driven, keyword-driven, and BDD frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for test failures and automation scripts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and defect identification skills.
• Critical thinking skills to assess risks and prioritize testing efforts.
