Engineer

To support our business expansion and increased production capacity, we are looking for a qualified Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assembly process from prototype to mass production.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, including Work Instructions (WI), Control Plans, FMEA, Prototype Reports, and customer-required documentation.
• Improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect and maintain production equipment. Design and develop jigs and fixtures.
• Manage 4M changes and coordinate with customers and suppliers.
• Comply with the company's quality management system, regulations, and assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. 2–5 years of experience in a Process Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer role. Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry. Knowledge of assembly processes and New Product Introduction (NPI). Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, Control Plan, and PPAP. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 quality management systems. Good communication and leadership skills.
