Requirements (non-negotiable):

Previous serving experience (preferred but not essential – full training given) Knowledge of basic drink service (beer, wine, spirits) – or a willingness to learn fast A friendly, calm attitude under pressure, especially during busy service Legal age to serve alcohol (must be 23+ Strong communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Take accurate orders for food, soft drinks, hot drinks, and alcoholic beverages Serve alcohol responsibly Set up and clear tables, maintain cleanliness, and support the team during rushes Process payments and handle cash/ card transactions
