Job Summary

Maintain and enhance school web portals and in-house applications, supporting various systems and server environments. Develop new web modules, manage API integrations, and deliver user training and technical support to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support school web portals and in-house applications to ensure system reliability and performance
• Support SIMS, STAR, CMS, Resource Booking, Procurement, and Budget systems for seamless user experience
• Develop and enhance web applications and new modules to meet evolving user needs and improve functionality
• Manage server/VM environments including Linux OS, web servers, PHP/Laravel frameworks, email systems, and backups to ensure system stability
• Handle API integration, Single Sign-On (SSO), two-factor authentication (2FA), troubleshoot issues, and fix bugs to maintain secure and efficient operations
• Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing technical support to empower end-users and resolve system queries
• Apply hands-on development skills in Python 3, Django 5.2 or later, and Angular 20 or later to build and maintain robust applications
• Utilize web programming skills including Object-Oriented Programming, web services, and web application system design to deliver scalable solutions
• Configure and maintain SMTP for email services and manage server hosting to support application availability

Required competencies and certifications

Degree in Computer Science and Applications or equivalent

Experience Requirement

More than 5 years of working experience in a similar role or similar projects, with duties aligned to the specified scope
