Your tasks
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models in line with project requirements.
- Prepare and review technical submittals and shop drawings.
- Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Review specialist architectural subcontractor packages.
- Resolve design clashes and support project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, BIM standards, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and BIM modelers when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in architectural engineering and BIM.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with BIM coordination and technical submittals.
- Good understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
