We are looking for an IT Service Management Specialist with strong ServiceNow expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Initially, the role will be mainly operational and execution focused. Depending on how quickly the person develops and handles the core administrative workload, the scope could evolve.
  • Think about process streamlining, automation, and the migration to the new ServiceNow instance.

Focus areas

  • ITIL domains: CI, Asset, and Configuration Management (CMDB)
  • Some involvement in Change Management
  • ServiceNow experience is mandatory
  • ITIL v4 or v5 certification required
