Onsite IT Engineer

Looking for an IT role where you get to work closely with users and be the go-to IT person on-site? This could be for you! Your Role: Provide day-to-day onsite IT & end-user support Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues Support Windows/Mac OS, Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Manage IT assets and support ticketing systems Coordinate with client & internal IT teams Assist with IT rollouts, upgrades & deployments Escalate complex issues when required We’re Looking For: Experience in desktop, network or onsite IT support Good troubleshooting skills in hardware, software and network environments Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow is an advantage Good communication and customer-facing skills ITIL knowledge/certification is an advantage Able to work independently and coordinate with different stakeholders 💡 Junior or experienced candidates are welcome!
