🔍 Quality Inspector | Up to $3,000 | 4-Day Work Week | Tampines

📍 Location: Tampines 💰 Basic Salary: $2,300 – $3,000 📅 Work Schedule: 4-Day Work Week after training 🌙 Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

💰 Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: $2,300 – $3,000
• 🌞 Day Shift Allowance: $12 per 12-hour shift
• 🌙 Night Shift Allowance: $24 per 12-hour shift
• 🍱 Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per workday
• ✅ Every Sunday Off
• ✅ 4-Day Work Week after completion of training

⏰ Working Hours

Training Period – First 3 Months Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training – Rotating 12-Hour Shifts

• 🌞 Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
• 🌙 Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM

📅 4-Day Work Week

Employees will be assigned to one fixed team :

• Team A: Monday – Thursday
• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
• Team C: Wednesday – Saturday

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections on components and finished products according to established standards.
• Perform visual and functional inspections to identify defects and quality issues.
• Identify, document and report product defects and non-conformities .
• Assist with failure analysis, investigations and quality reporting .
• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports and documentation .
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures, work instructions and safety requirements .
• Carry out inspections using basic tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters .
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the workplace.
• Support quality improvement and continuous improvement initiatives .
• Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

✅Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, QA/QC, Manufacturing or Production.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and on rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with inspection tools , such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
• Good attention to detail , organisational and multitasking skills.
• Able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Comfortable working at heights when required and able to follow workplace safety requirements.
