As a CNC Wood Operator, you will work with modern woodworking machines within a large family-owned company in Nuenen. You will set up machines, inspect product quality, and work in a 2-shift schedule together with more than 150 colleagues. HQ Pack office

Working with wood and machines is the core of this position. As a CNC Wood Operator, you are responsible for processing wood and sheet materials using modern CNC and planer machines.

Your tasks include:

• Setting up and operating CNC and planer machines
• Reading technical drawings and work orders
• Inspecting and measuring products according to quality standards
• Performing preventive maintenance on machines
• Changing and adjusting tools when needed
• Monitoring production output and tolerances
• Keeping the workplace and machines clean and organized

You will work in a 2-shift schedule with the following working hours:

• Starting salary of approximately €3286 gross per month
• Travel allowance of €0.25 per kilometer
• 29 vacation days per year

3 Dit ben je

• At least 1 year of experience as a CNC operator or machine operator
• Experience in woodworking is a plus
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule
• Good command of the Dutch or English language
• Accurate and independent working attitude
• Experience with forklift operations is a plus
