Storage engineer

Storage implementation, migration and administration of Hitachi, Brocade and NetApp storage. Engineer is responsible for planning and execution of storage projects according to project timelines. Develop full-scale migration plans and associated impact analysis. Technical SPOC for overall project. Raise appropriate Changes, Service request and Incidents required for project execution. Execute all the storage technical tasks from GUI or CLI. Capacity analysis and performance monitoring.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience 6+ years direct work experience in storage implementation, administrations and migrations Must have done large scale Storage migrations, administration and DC infrastructure migration in past. Knowledge of ITSM tools and had prior experience in managing changes. Knowledge of Hitachi Block, file and content storage. Product knowledge of Hitachi G1000, Gx00, G1500, HNAS, HCP, HCL, Tunning manger and HDI. Knowledge of NetApp CDOT , NetApp 7mode, OCUM.

Preference will be given to the candidates having Hitachi and NetApp storage knowledge Preference will be given to the candidates did Storage Migrations and DC exit projects in past.
