Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities:

• Assist Contract manager conducts Cost estimate, cost planning and cost management.

• Prepare contracts and documents.

• Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers for quotation and procurement

• Assist in budget preparation and cost presentation

• Assist in billings

• Evaluate progress payment and VOs and cost benefit analysis

• Perform variation order

• To verify subcontractors’ / suppliers’ monthly progressive claims and obtain approval before proceeding to prepare payment certificates.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering / Project Management/ Quantity Surveying

• 3 to 5 years of work experience as Quantity Surveyor in MRT construction

• Responsible, positive work attitude and good leadership skills

• Able to read and write in Chinese

• Able to commence work with short notice
