SharePoint Analyst — Development & Application Support
Location: AMK, Singapore Salary: SGD 5,000–7,000 per month
About the Role
We are seeking a SharePoint Analyst to develop, maintain and support SharePoint applications. You will resolve technical issues, deliver application enhancements and ensure support services meet contractual SLAs and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/3 support for SharePoint applications and environments.
- Investigate incidents, resolve service requests and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Meet contractual response-time and defect-resolution targets.
- Perform SharePoint administration and write PowerShell scripts to support service requests.
- Monitor performance, security and compliance, and implement patches and updates.
- Gather requirements and assess effort, timelines and technical impact for change requests.
- Design, develop, test and deploy application enhancements.
- Use Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) to support application development and troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation and support records.
- Escalate critical issues to the Group Lead or Project Manager.
- Participate in standby support and urgent maintenance activities when required.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or an equivalent discipline.
- Hands-on Microsoft SharePoint development experience is mandatory.
- Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) is mandatory.
- Ability to troubleshoot application issues and implement effective fixes.
- Familiarity with SharePoint administration and PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of application maintenance, testing and deployment processes.
- Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to take ownership, deliver quality work and learn new technologies.
